TJR’s “Ode To Oi” made a huge splash when it was initially released thanks to it’s Melbourne Bounce riddims and catchy call-and-response chorus. To say it was huge is doing the track a serious disservice. Now, it’s getting revamped with the help of two prominent producers by the names of Will Sparks and Crookers. The once duo, now solo Crookers has been in the game for seemingly forever, releasing a wide variety of tracks. This time around he flips the melody on its head delivering an equally bouncy version draped in true Crookers fashion. Will Sparks is a young producer also championing the Melbourne Bounce sound and is rethinking this track that’s true to his roots. His version features his signature bouncy bass line and a bit more grit than the original. No complaints here. These great remixes will be available everywhere October 6th.
